He carries a rich experience of more than 20 years to his credit in the field of Assurance Services, Risk Advisory Services, Due Diligence and Business Valuations - M&A. His experience in the field of varied industries includes Technology, Telecom, Manufacturing, Construction, Education etc. He has worked with big 4 CA / advisory firms before starting Lotus. 

Sunil Kumar Saini is also a Chartered Accountant and a graduate in commerce from Delhi University. He is associated with Lotus in professional way and carries a rich experience to his credit in the filed of Assurance Services, Risk Advisory Services, Due Diligence and Business Valuations - M&A including accounts related valuations under IFRS, US GAAP and Indian GAAP. He is also a Qualified Valuer from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. 

Pravin Kaushik is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate in commerce. He is currently a first level qualified of International CFA and is pursuing it further. His work experience includes extensive work in Internal Audit and Transaction Advisory Services – Due Diligence & Valuations.

Parul Goyal, a Chartered Accountant and commerce graduate from Delhi University. She specializes in Sox Audit, Internal Audit, Financial Due Diligence, Valuations and has experience of varied industries such as Manufacturing, BPO Companies, Education etc. She is also a Qualified Valuer from ICAI.  

Deepanshu Grover is a graduate in commerce from Delhi University and is pursuing his final year of CA course from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His experience includes work in the area of Audits, Internal Audits and Company Law.
